Painting by French-Swiss Artist and architect, Le Corbusier. Abstract painting on white canvas and set in a modern 23″ by 27″ frame.

This painting is spectacular and is being sold to settle an estate.  It hung for years in a great mansion whose owner and his guests thought it was authentic.

The great mansions of Paradise Valley and Silverleaf’s Billionaires’ Row are the winter residences of some of the world’s wealthiest people. Inevitably some or all of the splendid works of fine art hanging in these great houses have to be periodically sold to settle estates. Pieces with firmly established provenances are typically sent to Sotheby’s and Christie’s. What we offer is what is left after passing through two or three inheritances such that memories and documents were lost or a faster estate closure is desired.

We typically receive such pieces on consignment and are asked to sell them quickly so executors can finish settling very large estates of which they are but an inconsequential part. Accordingly we always submit all offers both for individual pieces and for groups of pieces. Estates and Consignments Fine Art LLC effectively runs a “yard sale” for fine art and furnishings coming out of wealthy Paradise Valley and Silverleaf estates. We make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the authenticity of any piece or the validity of any appraisals, certificates of authentication, verso stamps and certificates, signatures, dates, or any other documents or reports that their owners or executors may have made available to us. What we do warrant is that every piece hung in one of these great homes for the pleasure of its owners and their guests.

Shipping is free to any US address if you pay the consignor’s suggested price. Buyer pays shipping if consignor accepts a lower price. Shipping will be by UPS ground.
